Many of Schleswig-Holstein's windmills have first names. Amanda (1888) stands 22 km from Eckernförde, Anna is 4 km from Rendsburg, Carlotta is near Ratekau and Aurora near Heide. Among the others, the Bergmühle of 1792 is 2 km from the center of Flensburg, the Braaker Mühle is 7 km from Glinde, the Amrumer Windmühle dates from 1771, and the Deichmühle Haseldorf near Uetersen is listed as a ruin.
The list runs to 84 named windmills, only 14 of them with a Wikipedia article, so most are places you find by going rather than by reading. Schleswig-Holstein is also strong on megalithic tombs (212) and lighthouses (65). A mill makes a good target for one of RLQuest's daily quests: visible from a distance, and the app knows when your route reaches it.

RLQuest knows these places too. Which means:
Some of your daily quests lead to a real place near you. The app uses your location to check you were really there.
If you're the first person in RLQuest to complete a quest at a place, it's your first find. The Place Book shows you which kinds of place you're still missing.
Every walk uncovers tiles, each about 350 m across. Over time you can see which corners you know well, and where you've never set foot.
