Berlin's list is short. Schloss Charlottenburg (1695 to 1791) is 8 km from the center. In the middle sit the Palais Podewils (1701 to 1704) and the Ephraim-Palais. At the edges: the Zitadelle Spandau (1559 to 1594), 8 km from Falkensee; the Jagdschloss Grunewald (1542 to 1543), 7 km from Kleinmachnow; and Schloss Glienicke and Schloss Pfaueninsel, 3 and 5 km from Potsdam.
All 18 palaces and castles RLQuest knows in Berlin have a Wikipedia article, a full score. The distances split the list in two: palaces within 1 km of the center, castles at the edges nearer Potsdam or Falkensee. For RLQuest that is the point: a trip to Pfaueninsel or Spandau is a proper outing, checked from your recorded route, and the tiles across the city fill in behind you.
Every dot is a place. The numbers mark the highlights listed below.
Ordered by how much has been written about each place. The numbers match the map.

A selection, best known first, with the nearest larger town next to each.
RLQuest knows these places too. Which means:
Some of your daily quests lead to a real place near you. The app uses your location to check you were really there.
If you're the first person in RLQuest to complete a quest at a place, it's your first find. The Place Book shows you which kinds of place you're still missing.
Every walk uncovers tiles, each about 350 m across. Over time you can see which corners you know well, and where you've never set foot.
