Vienna has the longest list of any city here, 745 places within 25 km, and 118 of them are castles: Schloss Schönbrunn at 5.1 km, the Unteres Belvedere at 1.4 km, Schloss Hetzendorf at 6.7 km, Burg Liechtenstein from 1130 at 14.9 km, the Burgruine Mödling at 16.3 km. The Vienna Woods supply the lookout towers, the Jubiläumswarte at 449 meters, the Habsburgwarte at 9 km, and the Kahlenberg and Leopoldsberg above the Danube; the Donauturm (1964) covers the flat side.
Nobody expects 110 caves around a capital, but the Vienna Woods are full of them, from the Sibyllengrotte at 5.2 km to the Einödhöhle at 22.8 km. The Flakturm Augarten (Gefechtsturm) stands 1.9 km from the center. Whatever RLQuest picks for you in the morning, it checks that you made it.
Each hexagon covers a little over 5 square kilometers. The brighter it glows, the more places are inside it. The numbers mark the highlights listed below; the dot in the middle is the center of Vienna.

RLQuest knows these places too. Which means:
Some of your daily quests lead to a real place near you. The app uses your location to check you were really there.
If you're the first person in RLQuest to complete a quest at a place, it's your first find. The Place Book shows you which kinds of place you're still missing.
Every walk uncovers tiles, each about 350 m across. Over time you can see which corners you know well, and where you've never set foot.
