Switzerland's castles switch language as you cross it. In the west: Château de Neuchâtel in the center of Neuchâtel, Château de Chillon 2 km from Montreux, Château de Tourbillon 1 km from Sion. In the German-speaking north and east: the Habsburg 9 km from Baden, Schloss Lenzburg 11 km from Aarau, Schloss Kyburg near Winterthur, Schloss Greifensee 4 km from Uster, and far to the east, Chastè da Tarasp.
RLQuest knows 750 castles and palaces in Switzerland, and 450 of them have a Wikipedia article. The country is also well covered for waterfalls (352), caves (288), ruins (96) and observation towers (88), each on a page of its own. RLQuest treats every one as a place to reach once, checked against your route, and the map colors in tile by tile between them.

RLQuest knows these places too. Which means:
Some of your daily quests lead to a real place near you. The app uses your location to check you were really there.
If you're the first person in RLQuest to complete a quest at a place, it's your first find. The Place Book shows you which kinds of place you're still missing.
Every walk uncovers tiles, each about 350 m across. Over time you can see which corners you know well, and where you've never set foot.
