The Swabian Jura is where most of these are. Near Klingenstein: the Blautopf (512 m, 9 km), the Brillenhöhle (10 km) and the Laichinger Tiefenhöhle (17 km). Near Metzingen, the Falkensteiner Höhle at 572 m; around Kirchheim unter Teck a run of them: Schertelshöhle, Sibyllenloch. Elsewhere, the Eberstadter Tropfsteinhöhle is 5 km from Buchen in Odenwald and the Erdmannshöhle 6 km from Schopfheim.
Of the 284 caves RLQuest knows in Baden-Württemberg, 38 have a Wikipedia article. Only a few are show caves; most are a dark opening in the limestone with a name and little else. The state's 858 castles and 1364 viewpoints are the easier pages. RLQuest will send you to a cave mouth anyway, and it can tell from your route whether you reached it or stopped at the parking lot.

RLQuest knows these places too. Which means:
Some of your daily quests lead to a real place near you. The app uses your location to check you were really there.
If you're the first person in RLQuest to complete a quest at a place, it's your first find. The Place Book shows you which kinds of place you're still missing.
Every walk uncovers tiles, each about 350 m across. Over time you can see which corners you know well, and where you've never set foot.
